Terms of Service
Last updated: April 19, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rezolvo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Rezolvo is
Rezolvo is an AI-powered research assistant. You submit a question, and we run a multi-step pipeline (analyze, search, extract, critique, write, verify) to produce a structured report with cited sources and a verification score. The service currently focuses on real-estate decisions; additional domains may be added over time.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Do not share credentials.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Keep your email and password safe. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Rezolvo to do anything illegal, defamatory, or intended to harm others
- Submit content that violates another person's rights (including privacy, IP, or trade secrets)
- Use the service to generate reports for onward resale or redistribution as a research product without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Bypass access controls, tier limits, or rate limits
- Use automated tools to submit queries at scale without written permission
5. Research is a starting point, not a decision
Rezolvo is a tool to compress the research work that precedes a decision. It is not a substitute for:
- Professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax, real-estate)
- Direct verification of time-sensitive facts (prices, availability, policy dates)
- Your own judgment about your constraints and context
6. No warranty on accuracy
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard on verification, but AI-generated research can contain errors, stale data, or missing context. Unverified claims are explicitly labelled in every report — read those labels. We make no warranties (express or implied) that reports are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Intellectual property
- You own the queries you submit and, subject to these terms, the reports you receive.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your queries for the purpose of running the service.
- We own Rezolvo itself — the platform, models, code, design, and brand.
- Source material cited in reports remains the property of its respective owners. We provide source URLs so you can verify originals.
8. Pricing and payment
Standard-tier access is currently free. Paid tiers (including "Deep" research) may be introduced in the future. If we change pricing, we will give existing users advance notice by email before the change takes effect.
9. Rate limits and fair use
We enforce per-user concurrency limits (one standard research running at a time) and may enforce per-period quotas to keep the service available for everyone. Submitting far beyond reasonable use may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings (or via the contact form if you'd like us to do it). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put the platform at risk. We will email you before terminating except where immediate action is needed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezolvo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, or USD $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to registered users by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. If you are consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, your local law may grant you rights that override this clause — those rights are preserved.
